As an SHCA, you will be leading your team of Healthcare Assistants, ensuring all members of your team are providing person-centred care to all residents, whilst respecting residents’ dignity and privacy at all times. We are searching for a Deputy Manager to join our team. You will be working closely with the Lodge Manager to provide management & leadership to our team and taking over in their absence.
