With 25 years in social care and positively challenging the idea of what a care home is, Daniel aims to get to know each and every resident, their families and friends, to create a home that truly embraces the ideas, thoughts, feelings and wishes of everyone who lives there.
Gavin Trerise
Home Manager
Starting as a care assistant in Cornwall at the age of 17, Gavin has 25 years of experience in social care. He progressed quickly, and was promoted to an Assistant Manager at just 22 years old. Gavin then became a Registered Manager and was instrumental in gaining several homes CQC ratings - “Good”, and “Outstanding”. Now at Abbey Wood Lodge, Gavin is focused on constantly improving the experience for the residents, families and team of our home.
