From a young age, caring for my mother ignited my passion for helping others, leading me to attain NVQ levels 1, 2, and 3 in Health & Social Care. With over 13 years in the industry, I'm now the Home Manager at Abbey Wood Lodge, where our focus is on fostering residents' independence and enjoyment of later years with discreet, exceptional care and a rich program of daily activities.
